Medications only issued when clinically appropriate after provider evaluation. Sostari does not manufacture compounded medications. Actual product appearance and labeling of the medication you receive will differ from website images.

Sostari operates as a marketplace platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers who deliver medical care through the Sostari Patient Portal. Sostari does not directly dispense medication or provide medical services; all clinical decisions are solely made by independent providers. Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or that medication will be dispensed. Any prescriptions provided are based solely on the professional judgment of the healthcare provider.‍The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. This platform serves as an advertisement for healthcare services, not for any specific prescription medications.

Disclaimer: FDA-approved brand-name medications, including Wegovy® and Ozempic®, are exclusively manufactured and distributed by Novo Nordisk®. Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are exclusively manufactured and distributed by Eli Lilly and Company®. Sostari is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies or their products.‍Please note that compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy. However, they are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies in compliance with Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, which allows for compounding of medications based on a valid patient-specific prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
